WEDDING CAKE FLAVOURS
All our cakes are freshly made, and our sponges are light and moist. Each cake tier usually has three or four layers of cake inside with two or three layers of delicious filings to enjoy. We can also do rich, traditional fruit cake as an additional, separate cutting cake.
Vanilla, light vanilla sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and a strawberry jam
Raspberry and White Chocolate, light vanilla and fresh raspberry sponge filled with a Belgian white chocolate ganache and a raspberry jam
Lemon, moist, zesty lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and a tangy lemon curd
Classic Chocolate, chocolate sponge filled with a chocolate buttercream
Rich Dark Chocolate, rich chocolate sponge filled with a dark chocolate ganache
Oreo Cookie, chocolate Oreo cookie sponge filled with a Madagascan vanilla or chocolate buttercream
Biscoff, a brown sugar and Biscoff sponge, filled with a crunchy Biscoff buttercream
Carrot, moist carrot sponge with walnuts or raisins and filled with a zesty orange buttercream
Spiced Orange, an orange, cinnamon and mixed spice brown sugar sponge, filled with a zesty orange buttercream
Red Velvet, a red chocolate sponge made with buttermilk and filled with a Madagascan vanilla buttercream
Salted Caramel, a brown sugar sponge filled with a caramel buttercream and a salted caramel sauce
Espresso, moist coffee flavoured sponge filled with an espresso buttercream
Lemon and Elderflower, moist lemon and elderflower drizzle sponge filled with lemon curd and an elderflower buttercream
