Ingredients and allergens

Fairy Dust Bakery cakes and cookies are made in a kitchen that regularly handles gluten/wheat products, dairy products and occasionally nuts too. All our ingredients are correctly stored and we follow all guidelines given to us by our local Environmental Health Officer.  Brands of some ingredients may change based on availability.  Some cakes will have a bespoke ingredients list. Please ask us directly for further information if the below list is not sufficient or you need further clarification.

Biscoff Spread

Original caramelised biscuits 58% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil from sustainable and certified plantations, rapeseed oil), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soya flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier ( soya lecithin), acid (citric acid).

 

Biscoff biscuits
